Introduction
Circle T Specialties was a start up we connected with early in their business’ journey. The founder had extensive experience in the window treatment industry. He had worked on large commercial project in the past, along with residential projects. He felt it was time to start and grow his own business.
They were looking for a partner to help them establish an online presence and brand. We were a good fit for what they needed, having helped other businesses establish themselves as a respected brands and compete online against steep competition.
Through this project, we helped Circle T Specialities develop a brand, a logo, and a website that showcases their products in both the commercial and residential space.
Project Goals & Challenges
Goals
Circle T Specialties desired to create an online presence for their new startup.
They also sought to compete against established companies in the window treatment industry. Their desire is to ultimately grow their startup into a viable business that serves both commercial and residential customers.
Challenges
Not only is marketing against established brands difficult, but Circle T Specialties didn’t have a have a website, copy, a useable logo, or any form of branding.
Essentially, we were starting from square one with this project.
Competitor & Design Research
In order to help Circle T Specialities compete in their market, we had to understand who they were competing against. As well as we needed to understand the industries’ design standards.
Competitor Analysis
In our research, we found most competitors leaned towards clean minimalistic designs. They also used large imagery overlaid with text. Along with designs that highlighted their window treatments in high end homes and commercial spaces.
Key Deliverables & Results
Based on our goals, research, and collaboration with our client, we designed and developed an on-brand website that allows them to compete with established brands in both the residential and commercial space.
Modern Design
We landed on a clean and modern website design that showcases high-quality images in high end homes and places of business. Even though the website is image heavy, we used modern website best practices to optimize images without compromising on loading speed.
Copy Writing and SEO Friendly Design
We wrote copy that resonates with both audiences -- commercial and residential. As well as we ensured that both our design and copy where SEO friendly so they could drive organic traffic to their website. If they wanted to begin an SEO campaign, they would be in a good place to begin.
Integrations and Timeline
We integrated a booking platform – Calendly, to make it easier for clients to book inquiry meetings. We also integrated Termageddon to help them keep their Policies up-to-date automatically.
We finished the project in the 4 week timeline.
Results
We completed the project accomplishing all the deliverables within the 4 week timeframe. Allowing Travis the ability to launch and begin marketing his new business to high-end residential consumers and commercial businesses within a month of beginning a project with us.
His company is positioned to compete against more established and big name firms in the luxury window treatment space as a result of our research and design decisions.
