What exactly does the maintenance plan cover?
Our maintenance plans cover everything from content updates and website monitoring to ensure your site operates without errors. We ensure your website remains fresh, functional, and delivers optimal performance.
Along with updating any content, we'll design and build new landing pages, sections, or components for you.
We also offer brand strategy / business consulting as a part of our plans. Got a branding question or business idea you need to bounce off a third party? We are here to help you think through it.
Additionally, we'll keep your CMS or e-Commerce store up-to-date. Just send us your assets and text and we will update your products, blog, team page, portfolio, or whatever other content you have in your CMS for you.
How does billing work?
Billing for maintenance plans is either done on a monthly basis at our hour standard hourly rate. Or you can choose to lock-in a discounted rate by pre-purchasing blocks of time.
What if I exceed the hours included in my plan ?
If you surpass the allotted hours, additional hours can be billed separately at our standard non-discounted hourly rate. Or you can choose to purchase another block of time at a discounted rate.
What is the difference between pre-purchased hours and an hourly rate contract?
Pre-purchasing blocks of time locks-in a discounted rate for that time over our standard hourly rate. For instance, by pre-purchasing 10 hours, you save $50. And by pre-purchasing 20 hours, you save $100.
What happens to my pre-purchased time if I don't use ?
If you don't use all the time you purchased that month, that is ok. You can continue to use the time until it runs out or 6 months, whichever comes first.
In other words, you have 6 months from the date of purchase to use your time. After 6 months, you lose the pre-purchased time.
We have implemented this policy in order to ease the burden of tracking time over long periods of time.
If you don't believe you can use your pre-purchased time in a 6 month period, we are happy to work with you on an hourly basis, you just won't receive the discounted locked-in rate we are able to offer on pre-purchased time.
Can I purchase more hours?
Absolutely! You can purchase additional blocks of hours at our discounted rate, or you can continue at our non-discounted standard hourly rate.
How do I communicate my update requests?
It's simple! Once you're signed up, all you need to do is send us a message with your requests, and we'll prioritize and get to work on them.
How quickly will updates be made?
As a maintenance plan member, you're our top priority. Most updates are completed within 24-48 hours, depending on the complexity.
What if I need a major overhaul or redesign? Is that covered?
Our maintenance plans are designed for updates and ongoing maintenance. Larger projects, like redesigns, may require additional hours. If the project is large enough, we may quote it as an one-off project. However, we have structured our plans to provide you time to build new sections, components, and landing pages.
I have multiple websites. Can they all be covered under one plan?
Each maintenance plan is structured for a single website. However, if you have multiple sites, we can offer a custom package tailored to manage all of them. Just reach out, and we'll discuss the specifics!
Will you maintain my Webflow site even if you didn't build it?
Absolutely! We're happy to maintain any site crafted within Webflow. To ensure we tailor the right package for you, we'll first conduct a brief audit to assess the site's current state. This way, we can provide the best care it deserves.
