Connally Consulting, led by leadership coach Tom Connally, needed a website that reflected his expertise in performance driven leadership coaching. He also needed a platform that would help him attract coaching clients.
Frustrated by the limitations of SquareSpace, Tom sought a platform that could provide enhanced functionality, easier updates, and better integrations.
He also needed a design and copy that would not only engage, but convert visitors into clients.
Working together, we created a custom Webflow site with seamless integrations and a lead generation strategy to boost conversions—all delivered in under a month.

Goals
The primary goal for Connally Consulting was to create a website that effectively showcased Tom Connally’s leadership expertise while driving visitor engagement and client conversions.
The new site needed to streamline booking processes through a Calendly integration and enable lead generation with a Mailer Lite setup for downloadable resources.
Additionally, scalability was a priority, ensuring the platform could easily accommodate future coaching offerings. Along with the site being easy to update on a regular basis.
Challenges
The project came with several challenges, starting with a tight timeline of less than one month for the entire website migration and redesign.
Creating a cohesive brand voice and clear messaging was also crucial to converting visitors into clients.
Finally, the site needed to be intuitive and easy for Tom to manage independently, without requiring ongoing development support.

Website Strategy and Content Development
To ensure the website maximized conversions, we began with a strategy session to outline the site’s structure and messaging. All website copy was written with a focus on SEO and engaging potential clients, creating a strong foundation for visibility and visitor interaction.
The copy focused on pain points and education. Along with education, it was important we accurately reflected the coaching offerings. While at the same time, helping others understand who Tom is, why he is the right leadership coach for them, and how his past experiences sets him apart.
Integrations and Scalability
Key integrations included Calendly for seamless coaching session bookings. As well as Mailer Lite for capturing leads through a downloadable lead magnet.
Additionally, we linked design elements to variables, enabling site-wide updates to be made effortlessly from a single source.
Custom Design and Development
The site was designed and built in Webflow, incorporating GSAP animations to deliver a polished, interactive user experience.
To support scalability, we developed 45 modular components and 3 reusable page templates.
A comprehensive style guide was also created to streamline updates and maintain brand consistency.
Results
The new Connally Consulting website launched on time and exceeded expectations.
Tom now has a professional, dynamic platform that not only reflects his leadership expertise but also supports his growing business.
