Overview

New Horizons Realty Group is a realty brokerage in the South Dallas area. They needed to attract buyers, sellers, and investors, as well as top talent agents to work for the brokerage.

As a new brokerage, they don’t currently have a web presence. I am working with them to design and develop a custom website that not only showcases their properties, but also educates and informs buyers, sellers, and investors.

New Horizons Realty Group is a new brokerage in the South Dallas area. Sylvia contacted me to design and build a new website for her brokerage.

We worked through the entire design and build process to provide her a website that she could use to both market her brokerage as well as her properties.

We provided everything from initial concept to branding, as well as copywriting, asset collection and creation, along with design, and development in Webflow.

Sylvia is local to Waxahachie. As a local client, we were able to meet in person over coffee to work through a strategy session that set us on the right direction for market research and copywriting.

Our love of copywriting shined through on this project‍

After our initial meeting and market research, I set out to write copy for the website that was SEO optimized for her particular keywords. Writing copy is one of the harder activities for our clients. For this project, I did the heavy lifting for her. I wrote 95% of the copy for the website. A few additions and tweaks later, we had a final product that was ready for the design phase.

A content first design process that’s SEO optimized‍

We work from a content first strategy, meaning we gather or write the content for each project first. Once the content is in place, we set out to design the website accordingly. We used this approach on Sylvia’s website, which allowed us to create a custom design that highlighted her marketing message.

Collaboration in Figma made designing this new website easy‍

Taking everything learned during the strategy and research phase, as well as the content, we designed the website in Figma. After wire framing, adding copy, colors, and images, we had several collaborative meetings which led to a well-refined design that not only looked good but accomplished the marketing objectives.
